Sarge started his entertainment career when he played Uncle Henry in Safety Harbor Middle School’s production of The Whiz. After college, he continued amusing people as half of the morning radio show, The Gooz & Digger in Jamestown, NY. Although the overnight stardom and troves of fans were exhilarating, he knew his heart was with the stage. On his journey as part of the traveling cast of The King and I, he discovered the jewel of the south…Atlanta. When it was time to put down roots, Sarge came back to Atlanta to stay.
Purely upon accident, Sarge stumbled across a band of slaphappy misfits at a local watering hole. This group soon became the Village Theatre. Now, as part of the Village Theatre, Sarge gets to enjoy two of his life’s passions: the stage and getting piss drunk in front of strangers.
