Deal Site FAQ

Hey there! Thanks for purchasing a Scoutmob, Living Social, Half Off Depot or another deal site voucher to the Village Theatre. We love to bring comedy to everyone and deal sites are a great way for us to do that! Here are some common questions that our box office has received:

How do I use my voucher?
Easy – just make a reservation with at least a 24 hour advance notice by either calling our box office at 404-688-8858 or emailing us at You will receive a confirmation email from our box office attendant. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!

What info do I need to provide when emailing/calling?
We MUST have your name, phone number, Deal site voucher number(s), and email address to take your reservation. Again, your order is NOT complete and your reservation is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our box office.

Am I allowed to split one voucher into multiple visits?
NO – your voucher must be used in ONE VISIT.  Billy will have to owe you…

What is the alcohol situation?
Village Theatre has a wonderful BAR that serves a great selection of beer and wine. If ya need some liquor before or after the show, check out our neighbors and swell friends at Caramba Café (awesome Mexican), Chow Bing (Asian) and Drafting Table (Gastro) – they are all located in our building so you don’t have to get in your car!  FYI – You CANNOT bring any alcohol on the premises.

What are your box office hours?
The physical box office is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10am – 6pm. Our box office attendants, like our actors, are all volunteers (so be nice to them!) Also you can always email us at Please be aware that we will respond to your questions as soon as possible, but we are not open 24/7. Your patience is very much appreciated.

How soon should I make a reservation?
The sooner the better – we require at least 24 hours notice, but give yourself more time – we tend to sell out fast towards the end of the week. Our maximum capacity is 140 people so make a reservation early! Also, reservations close to the sale date of the certificate and the expiration date of the certificate tend to get very busy. Plan accordingly!

What are your show times?
– Please check the calendar under SHOWS. We have an ever evolving list of improv, stand up and sketch comedy happening all of the time!
– Unclaimed reservations are released to the public 10 minutes after the show times (sorry, we’ve gotta start the show sometime!)

Is there an age requirement?
Because this is improv, and it is spontaneous, live and sometimes raw – We generally suggest that the minimum age to our shows is 16-18 years old. However, the final decision is left up to the parent(s). Saturday night show is definitely for 18+.
